Unlikely Praise from an Unlikely Source for Bush's African Policies

I've said for a long time that if President Bush had half the charisma of Clinton or Reagan, America would view him and his presidency differently. The man is just not a good salesman. Oddly enough, a famous Irish rocker agrees and takes the press to the woodshed over it.

UPDATE: Just had a very well informed friend tell me that one person that deserves praise for his influence over Bush's Africa policy is none other than Tennessee's own Senator Bill Frist.
