Thank you New York Times

On behalf of myself and the Republican Party, I would like to send my most sincere appreciation to the NYT for the total hatchet job they’ve printed about our likely nominee for President of the United States, Senator John McCain.

What they’ve done, is something I thought only Hillary Clinton could do. They have united our party.

If you haven’t read the story, don’t waste your time. What they have managed to do is allege an inappropriate professional and personal relationship with a lobbyist. Something both Senator McCain, and the lady in question, have denied.

What these four “reporters” have done, is levied a large accusation on a sitting Senator and likely Republican nominee for President, that is based on ONLY rumor and innuendo.

Now these “reporters” have gone into hiding and are refusing comment on this piece of “journalism.”

I think it’s time that the NYT be pulled from the periodical aisle and put in its proper place. It’s time that the NYT be placed next to the National Enquirer, Star and other tabloids at the local supermarket checkout line.

To put this into perspective, the NYT ENDORSED Senator McCain on Super Tuesday, while sitting on this “story.” This is a perfect example of the NYT building someone up to only take them down.

The issue here is not Senator John McCain’s behavior; the issue is the behavior of the NYT.

If anyone now thinks that the NYT hasn’t taken sides and that they are proudly Democrat, you should probably have your head examined.

Frankly, I’m seriously considering getting a subscription to the NYT only to use it as a replacement to the Charmin currently used in my household.

Go get em Senator!
