Do you think that Obama will be inviting his spiritual mentor over for Sunday lunch anytime soon? Just think, everyone thought that the Muslim whispers would get Obama in trouble...who'd a thought it would be his Christian Church and his Christian pastor that would lead to his potential downfall.

McCain surges ahead. I know we are months away from the election but the Democrats have to be wringing their hands at the status of their primary and party. I mean really, they should win the White House in November given the economy, gas prices and the Iraq War. Nobody snatches defeat from the jaws of victory better than Democrats.

More proof here that competitive primaries aren't always a good thing. Look at the numbers of those that will vote for McCain or won't vote at all. If I'm a Democrat, and thankfully I'm not, I'd be worried about these numbers.
