This is a great article pointing out that McCain proposal promotes personal responsibility. Obviously, that is where the contrast lies between him and Obama and Clinton. Of course, you can’t say Democrats and personal responsibility in the same sentence without laughing.

Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen is getting some more publicity for his proposal. IF Democrats follow his lead, it will be interesting to see where Bredesen ends up on the short list for VP. If he ends up there at all.
