Michael Sneed at the Chicago Sun Times is reporting that Obama Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is on tape 21 times having conversations about Obama's vacant Senate seat.
IF this is true, it will be interesting to see what the content of those conversations are.
Could be nothing, but Obama's Chief of Staff has been mum on the issue, matter of fact, he hasn't even been seen.
Obama did say yesterday that his internal investigation showed no wrong doing but left it at that. The report is not being release at the request of U.S. Attorney in charge of the Blagojevich investigation, Patrick Fitzgerald.
Had Obama handled this properly from the beginning and been more forthright about the contact his office had with the Governor, I think he could have separated himself from this scandle much earlier.
For someone that promised a more transparent presidency, he sure hasn't delievered on that promise.
