Nice benediction

Benediction at Obama 's inauguration, Rev. Joseph Lowery: 'Lord, in the memory of all the saints who from their labors rest, and in the joy of a new beginning, we ask you to help us work for that day when black will not be asked to get in back, when brown can stick around... when the red man can get ahead, man; and when white will embrace what is right. That all those who do justice and love mercy say Amen. Say Amen'...

I didn't know Jeremiah Wright was giving the final prayer...

I mean seriously, praying to "work for a day when...white will embrace what is right."

You know, had many of the "white" not embraced the "right" in November then today would have looked a lot different.

On a day that screams of Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream being realized, this prayer did more to drive a wedge than it did to unite and bring harmony.

It's a shame if you ask me.

Glenn Beck chimes in on how the post-racial Obama administration began.
